Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use” or “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://starsportcamps.com/ (the “Site”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site by Shooting Star Sports Services LLC (“Star Sport Camps”, the “Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Site. By using the Site, opening an account, or clicking to accept or agree to these Terms when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.
Use of the Site and Account Registration
You must be 18 years or older and have the legal authority to access or use the Site or enter into these Terms.
Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using this Site directly. Parents or legal guardians must use the Site on their behalf and provide consent.
Star Sport Camps makes no representation or warranty that the content on the Site, regardless of its source, is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Content provided on the Site and related services is subject to change at any time.
Users of all ages may browse the Website. After registration is accepted, an account may be created with a valid username and password.
By establishing an account, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to provide the information submitted during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your account.
All activities that occur under your account shall be your responsibility.
Unauthorized access or misuse of Star Sport Camps information is strictly prohibited. Star Sport Camps reserves the right to refuse, delete, modify, edit, or remove submissions and may terminate access to the Website or user accounts at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its discretion.
Enrollment
Enrollment will be completed once the following have been submitted online:
- Completion of the registration form agreeing to the Terms and Conditions
- Payment of any registration fee through the registration form
- Payment for the relevant camp, term, or program
Admission to sessions is subject to availability at the requested location.
Purchases
Minors under 18 are prohibited from registering as users of this website or conducting transactions directly.
If you pay for our products or services on our website, the details submitted will be transmitted directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.
We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards in AED.
Refusal of Service
Services are offered subject to acceptance of your order or request. Star Sport Camps reserves the right to refuse service to any order, person, or entity without any obligation to explain the reason.
An order is considered accepted only once payment has been processed.
Star Sport Camps may change or discontinue any aspect of the Site or services at any time. If an order is refused or cancelled after payment has been processed, any refund will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Make-Up Sessions
For camp programs, no make-up sessions will be provided for missed camp days or absences.
Cancellations and Refunds
Camp payments are refundable only if the organizer cancels the entire camp.
No refunds or make-up sessions will be offered for missed sessions.
Cancellation, suspension, or modification due to public holidays, extreme weather, storms, extreme heat, government directives, civil defense alerts, venue closures, or circumstances beyond the Academy’s control will not automatically entitle participants to refunds or compensation.
Transportation Release and Waiver of Liability
By registering for Star Sport Camps under the Shooting Star Sports Services LLC license, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that the child may be transported to and from activities related to camp programs.
The parent understands and agrees that the child’s use of transportation arranged or provided by the Academy is entirely at their own risk.
The parent agrees to release Star Sport Camps, Shooting Star Sports Services LLC, and their coaches, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses occurring before, during, or after transportation.
Transportation services may be provided directly by the Academy or through third-party transport providers. While reasonable care may be taken in selecting providers, the Academy shall not be responsible for actions or omissions of third-party transport services.
Parents agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star Sport Camps and Shooting Star Sports Services LLC from claims or damages arising from transportation services related to camp activities.
Parent Drop-Off and Pick-Up Responsibility
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that children arrive on time and are collected promptly at the scheduled end of the program.
Academy supervision applies only during official program hours and within designated activity areas.
The Academy shall not be responsible for children arriving before official start times or remaining after the program ends unless a supervised extension program has been arranged.
Repeated late collection may result in additional supervision charges or suspension from the program.
The Academy may release a child only to the parent, legal guardian, or another person authorized by the parent.
Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
Star Sport Camps and Shooting Star Sports Services LLC are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items including clothing, sports equipment, money, or electronic devices.
Parents are advised not to send children with valuables.
Participant Conduct and Discipline
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, other participants, and venue personnel.
Unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or removal from the program.
If a participant is removed from the program due to misconduct, no refund will be issued.
Insurance Responsibility
Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child has appropriate medical and accident insurance coverage.
Star Sport Camps does not provide personal medical insurance for participants unless otherwise stated.
Any medical costs remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Communication Consent
By registering for Star Sport Camps programs, parents consent to receiving communications related to camp activities, schedules, reminders, operational updates, and emergency information.
Such communications may be sent via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, mobile apps, or other communication methods used by the Academy.
Data Use and Privacy
Personal information collected during registration may be used for:
- administration of the program
- communication with parents
- safety and attendance management
- record keeping
- service improvement
All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Academy’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Food, Allergy, and Medical Information
Parents must inform the Academy of any allergies, dietary restrictions, injuries, medical conditions, or medications.
While reasonable care may be taken, the Academy cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Parents remain responsible for providing accurate medical information.
Restrictions on Usage
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
You must not upload or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, offensive, or that violates the rights of others.
You must not use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes without written permission from Star Sport Camps.
Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience.
Star Sport Camps is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party websites.
Use of such websites is at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, designs, and materials is the property of Shooting Star Sports Services LLC.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Violation of this policy may result in termination of access to the Site or services.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks including injury, illness, disability, property damage, or death.
By participating in Academy activities, parents acknowledge these risks and voluntarily accept them.
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Shooting Star Sports Services LLC and its staff shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, or death arising from participation in sports activities except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Participation Waiver and Medical Consent
By registering a child in any program organized by Shooting Star Sports Services LLC, the parent or legal guardian confirms that:
- participation is voluntary
- the child is physically capable of participating
- all relevant medical conditions have been disclosed
- emergency medical treatment may be authorized if necessary
Parents accept responsibility for all medical costs that may arise.
Emergency and Safety Procedures
During academy activities, emergency situations may occur including government alerts, civil defense warnings, public safety advisories, or other safety-related events.
The Academy may implement safety procedures including evacuation, shelter protocols, suspension of activities, relocation of sessions, or schedule modifications.
Participants and parents must follow all instructions provided by academy staff or relevant authorities during such situations.
Independent Arrival and Departure
Parents may allow children to arrive or leave independently.
Supervision applies only during official program hours and designated activity areas.
Once a child leaves the activity area, responsibility transfers to the parent or guardian.
Media Consent
Photographs or videos may be taken during activities for coaching review, communication, or promotional purposes.
By participating in Academy programs, parents grant permission for their child to appear in such materials unless written notice requesting exclusion is provided and acknowledged by the Academy.
Special Events and Activities Outside Camp Hours
Special Events may include tournaments, competitions, games, or promotional activities organized outside regular camp hours.
Participation in such events is voluntary and may involve risks.
Star Sport Camps shall not be responsible for events operated by third parties unless expressly agreed in writing.
Parents accept responsibility for participation in such events.
Force Majeure
Star Sport Camps shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, extreme weather, government directives, venue closures, public health emergencies, or security situations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star Sport Camps and Shooting Star Sports Services LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

Severability

Updated Terms will be posted on the Site and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
